our process

The process begins with scheduling and conducting an initial meeting to discuss the client’s needs and objectives.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Service Level Agreement (SLA) is sent to the client to protect all confidential information, as well as outline the package details, duties, deliverables, terms and conditions, and other relevant aspects of the engagement.

An introductory meeting is scheduled between the client and the designated Coco Team Member for the specific service, whether it be for corporate or creative services. During this meeting, the following key points are discussed, tailored to the specific service being provided

  • Introduction and Understanding Personal Preferences: Introduce the Coco Team Member and understand the client’s personal preferences and requirements.
  • Communication Protocols: Discuss preferred methods of communication, set up standing meetings, establish a reporting and feedback structure, and determine the most effective times for communication.
  • Technological Integration and Set-Up: Review and integrate necessary technology tools and platforms required for the service.
  • Task Management and Workflow: Outline how tasks will be assigned, tracked, and prioritised. Set up a system for urgent task requests.
  • Logistics: Confirm the commencement date of the services. Provide a brief outline of the first day’s expectations and required preparation. Address any questions or queries regarding the SLA.

Finally, any action items from the introductory meeting are finalised, and the synergistic relationship begins, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration.
